I’ve been running Alyosha in almost every Stellar Conduct team I can assemble since the Snezhnaya Chapter VII Archon Quest dropped. He joined my roster for free, and I honestly did not expect a 4-star Electro support to feel this smooth. He heals, he buffs attack, and he makes Stellar Conduct damage significantly more threatening.
Alyosha occupies a very particular support niche. His Elemental Skill applies Electro, generates energy particles, and places a Hunters Mark on enemies. His Elemental Burst then activates that mark. The Burst also taunts nearby enemies, summons a small pet named Tugarin to heal the active character, and grants an attack buff plus a Stellar Conduct damage buff to the team. Because of this two-step setup, his rotation is simple: Skill, Burst, then swap to your main DPS.
What Makes Alyosha Shine
The biggest thing to understand is that Alyosha cannot trigger Stellar Conduct on his own. You need a teammate who enables that reaction, such as Odette, Sandrone, or Cryo Traveler. In my experience, Alyosha feels best when he is paired with one of those enablers and a strong on-field carry. Without that synergy, his support can feel a little limited compared to premium options like Qiqi or Yae Miko, especially at C0.
Best Weapons
Energy Recharge is the stat I prioritize above everything else. If his Burst is not ready on cooldown, the whole rotation falls apart. Favonius Lance is my default choice because it provides a large ER main stat and extra energy particles. The Catch works as a budget alternative, and Engulfing Lightning can push his Burst uptime even higher if you have it available. Any polearm with Energy Recharge or Attack% substats will work, but ER comes first.

Best Artifact Sets
I usually give Alyosha either 4-Piece Noblesse Oblige or 4-Piece Heart of the Furnace. Noblesse Oblige increases his Burst damage and buffs the whole team’s attack for a short window. Heart of the Furnace is more specialized: it boosts Stellar Conduct damage for the team, so I use it when Odette or another teammate is not already holding the set. Substat priority is Energy Recharge first, then Attack%, then Crit Rate and Crit Damage.

Talent Priority and Constellations
For talents, I level the Elemental Skill first because it applies Hunters Mark and generates particles. The Burst is a close second for its buffs, healing, taunt, and Tugarin summon. Normal attacks can stay at level 1; you will rarely use them.
When it comes to constellations, C2 is a very strong stopping point. It extends the Burst duration and adds Hunters Mark application to the Burst itself, which smooths rotations. C6 is the real prize: it allows two stacks of Hunters Mark, doubling the buff value. If you cannot reach C6 right away, C2 is perfectly serviceable.

Team Compositions
I have had the most success with Alyosha in flexible Stellar Conduct teams. One setup uses Odette as the main enabler, Cryo Traveler for extra application, and an on-field Electro or physical carry. Another option pairs Alyosha with Sandrone and a shielder for survival. Because Alyosha already brings healing through Tugarin, the fourth slot can be pure utility or a sub-DPS.

Should You Build Him?
If you are free-to-play or simply enjoy Stellar Conduct teams, Alyosha is a solid investment. He is free from the Archon Quest, works at C0, and becomes noticeably stronger at C2 and C6. I would skip him only if you already have well-built premium supports like Qiqi or Yae Miko and do not care about the Stellar Conduct niche. For everyone else, he expands your roster without costing wishes.
Alyosha has become one of my favorite flexible supports in Snezhnaya. He is not the flashiest unit, but his healing, attack buffs, and Stellar Conduct amplification fill a valuable role. Build him with high Energy Recharge, pair him with a proper enabler, and he will keep your team healthy while pushing damage higher than you might expect.
